Information about refunds for unused tickets

Due to volcanic dust cloud and consequetly closed airspace all over Europe we had to cancell almost all flights in period 15th to 21st april. A list of cancelled flights can be viewed here.

Tickets for travel on Adria Airways flights may be rebooked free of charge to another Adria flights on the same route up to 31st december 2010. If rebooking is not the solution for you we can refund you unused portion of your ticket.

Refund for unused ticket is possible only if ticket was issued for Adria flight which was cancelled and is shown on the list of cancelled flights.

Refund is possible also for Adria Airways tickets which were issued for travel on partner airlines who cancelled their flights for the same reason and in the same period.

If your ticket was purchased in travel agency please direkt your refund claim to them.

For a refund of unused tickets issued by other airlines for travel on Adria flights please contact the travel agency where you purchased your ticket.
