Members of Miles & More can earn miles on the flights of following airlines:

You can also earn miles with various Miles & More business partners throughout the world when making hotel accommodations, renting a car, patronizing various shops, using your charge card or placing telephone calls.

Value of Flights

The number of miles you receive when you fly depends on the ticket price or booking class and the class of travel (economy, business or first class). Travelling in business class earns you 2,000 miles, and in economy class 125 to 1,250 miles.

For longer flights outside Europe, the number of miles is 50% to 150% of the number of miles flown in economy class, 200% in business class and 300% in first class.

On Adria Airways flights, tickets issued at list prices count for collecting miles. Tickets issued at the special rates we sometimes offer and tickets for Adria charter flights do not count for collecting miles.

Some fare classes (A, O, U) with special conditions are not eligible for accrual in any Star Alliance frequent flyer programme.

Recording Miles

To ensure that miles are entered into your account accurately and promptly, please observe the following steps:

 

  1. When you reserve a ticket, provide your membership number.
  2. Present your membership card at flight check-in.
  3. If you use your miles for hotel accommodations, car rental or other activities, be sure to present your membership card.
  4. Miles will be entered into your account within 30 business days.

Crediting Miles Retroactively

To credit miles retroactively you must provide a photocopy of your ticket and your original boarding card. Miles can only be credited retroactively for flights made in the past 6 months.

Checking the Number of Miles in Your Account

You can check the number of miles you have earned at any time by using your membership number and PIN code at the Miles & More portal.

Mileage Account

You will be regularly notified in writing of the number of miles in your account.

Every three months you will receive a statement of your account status on your e-mail address.
