Can I earn miles in the Miles & More programme on Adria Airways flights?
Yes. All Adria Airways scheduled flights count for collecting miles. Miles cannot be earned on charter flights.

Can I use miles earned through Miles & More for a free ticket on Adria Airways flights?
Yes. As of 15 October 2004, when Adria Airways joined Star Alliance as a regional member, club members of all Star Alliance member airlines can also use free tickets on Adria Airways flights.

Can I request a benefit from Adria Airways using miles earned in the Miles & More Club?
No. Only the Miles & More Club is able to issue free tickets. Miles & More members in Slovenia can order free tickets and other benefits through the Miles & More call centre in Germany. The telephone number for calls within Slovenia is 040 747 440. The charge for calls is the same as in Slovenia. The number for calls from abroad is +386 40 747 440.

How should I retroactively credit a flight that was not entered into my Miles & More account?
It is possible to credit a flight retroactively (within 6 months after the flight) with a photocopy of the ticket and the original boarding card, which should be sent to:

As a Miles & More member, where can I receive information about the miles I have earned and news about the club, and where can I order free tickets and other benefits?

At the Miles & More call centre, tel. 040 747 440. You must provide your membership number and PIN code. During business hours (8 am to 6 pm) you can receive information in Slovenian. After hours, call +49 1805 5959, where you can receive information in English and German.
