Cabin crews report that the new service has been well received by passengers. The service has been designed with a view to offering passengers what they need and what they want at a reasonable price. Following the adoption of the company's restructuring plan and cost-reduction measures, the in-flight catering service was drastically cut.
The new service now offers passengers the chance to choose. SkyShop is a logistically demanding project on which the Adria Airways project team and external consultants have been working for the last six months.
Adria staff are aware that the response from passengers is of key importance and look forward to receiving constructive suggestions and opinions, since these will allow them to improve and adapt the service. They are firmly convinced that the service is a good one and they are particularly proud of the snack pack for children, called the Kidbox.
Alongside standard items, the SkyShop range will feature a number of traditional Slovene specialities to tempt passengers' taste buds during the flight and give them a chance to experience part of Slovenia's rich culinary heritage. The first of these is potica, a traditional Slovene cake. Dober tek (bon appétit)!
