Flights to Düsseldorf, Germany

Lively city on the Rhine

A hidden German gem with a surprising refinement and elegance, Düsseldorf is regarded as a city of culture and art. As one of the pioneers in the world of modern design, the modern architecture of Gehry’s twisting and shining buildings sees the city rise proudly above the mighty River Rhine. This economic centre of Germany, which lies in the heart of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia, is a city with advanced financial, transport, fashion and technology dimensions that has been ranked among the highest-quality in the world.

Each year this is the traditional scene of a wild Shrovetide carnival, and in summer one of the biggest German amusement parks entertains more than four million visitors. With its numerous museums, art galleries and other select cultural features, which at one time brought together the outstanding German composers Brahms, Schumann and Mendelssohn, the charm of this cosmopolitan and modern German metropolis will thrill even the most demanding guests.
