This week the Adria Airways call centre for bookings and sales got off to a successful start following the reorganisation of the service. To contact the call centre, passengers can continue to use the free telephone number 080 1300 (for calls from inside Slovenia) every day including Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. In the initial period passengers can speak to operators in Slovene and English, with other languages planned to be added in the future. The call centre also operates a special number, +386 4 259 45 82, which passengers can call in the case of delays or cancellations. This service is expected to be particularly valuable for passengers calling from abroad.
Tina Jordan, head of the Passenger Relations Department: "With the new working hours we have achieved several important goals set by the Adria Airways management. The longer hours mean that we are constantly available to passengers at home and abroad with all the information they require about their flights. We think that our passengers will be satisfied with the revamped service, since all the necessary information is now available in one place. The extended working hours make it possible to book flights in the evening or at the weekend, which means increasing our sales and reducing the costs of passenger handling and ticket sales abroad."
"As well as revamping the call centre, we have changed the telephone numbers of some of our other services responsible for contacts with passengers and business partners," added an Adria spokesperson. You can find these numbers on the Adria website www.adria.si.
