Cancelled Lufthansa Flights due to the Pilots' Strike

The German air carrier Lufthansa has announced a cancellation of some of its flights within Germany and Europe as well as some long-distance flights due to its pilots' strike for today, September 8th and tomorrow, September 9th till 23.59. The Lufthansa passengers are kindly requested to verify the detailed information on the status of their flights on the airline's official website www.lufthansa.com and their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/lufthansa.

Adria Airways flights will be performed according to the flight schedule. All passengers continuing their travel on one of the cancelled Lufthansa connecting flights are kindly requested to contact the Adria Airways ticket office at Ljubljana airport for all further information on the flights to their final destination.

Adria Airways will provide its passengers with re-routing flights. All passengers are kindly requested to check-in for their flight at the departure airport in time.

 

Adria Airways will provide the highest possible extent of assistance in order to ensure the transport of the passengers to their final destination. A pilots' strike is regarded as one of the circumstances which are beyond the influence of an air carrier, therefore passengers are not entitled to a compensation for delays and cancellations.
