An electronic ticket or E-ticket replaces the paper ticket and includes the passenger name, itinerary, date and price.
This information is stored in the Adria Airways database after the booking and payment have taken place. The passenger receives an automatic reservation confirmation email and soon after that an E-ticket (Electronic Ticket Passenger Itinerary Receipt) containing the following data:
- family name and first name of the passenger,
- E-ticket number,
- reservation number,
- flight number, date, origin and destination city, departure and arrival time,
- extracts from the Warsaw Convention.
The copy of an E-ticket together with passport or identity card will be sufficient to obtain your boarding pass at the check-in desk. It is possible to check-in without an E-ticket copy, although we strongly recommend keeping it with you throughout your journey. It may be helpful in the event of unforeseen complications at check-in or when a reservation change is needed.
Does electronic ticketing exist for all Adria Airways flights?
Yes, E-tickets are available for all Adria Airways flights. It is also possible to book one or more flight segments with one of our partner airlines. It can happen that individual flight segments are not eligible for E-ticketing. In such cases case the entire itinerary will be printed on traditional paper tickets, which will either be delivered to you by standard mail or picked up from a ticketing counter before departure.
